The Huawei LUNA2000-7-E1 battery extension is designed to enhance safety by utilizing lithium iron phosphate cells. Energy storage systems store the electricity generated by photovoltaics, allowing for its efficient use during nighttime or rainy days. The FusionSolar application provides real-time visibility and control over the energy storage system. The Huawei LUNA2000-7-S1 6.9 kWh energy storage unit is compatible with select SUN2000 series inverters (see compatibility table). When paired with SUN2000 inverters, it enables automated energy production and acts as a backup power source in case of grid issues.
